"When we got this several months ago it worked great, but now it doesn't work at all and is very frustrating. Its pretty obvious that no one is no longer updating the Q app. I used to recommend this app to my Mamas group which is over 100 Mamas but now I no longer feel I can do that. The content is so great for kids but only when accessible. It's really a shame. What's the issue Sofia?"

"Frustrating. I paid for the subscription because my son really enjoyed the app, but it won't recognize the subscription. I have emailed support but no response in 24 hours. Considering that the app hasn't had an update in over 6 months, I'm wondering if perhaps it's a failed app and it hasn't been removed? i just wish someone would get back to me and either fix the issue, or give me back my money."
